How It Works

  1. Submit Your Item
    Create an account in our consignor portal, upload clear photos and basic details of the piece, and provide your ideal asking price or price range.
  2. Expert Review
    Our internal team evaluates your submission for brand, condition, market appeal and authenticity. We’ll follow up with any suggestions to optimize listing price or format.
  3. Ship to Us
    Once approved, ship your item to our secure location using our recommended carrier. We’ll handle receiving, verification and professional preparation.
  4. We Handle Everything
    We conduct the full marketing push, perform authentication, manage inventory logistics, and fulfill every order.
  5. You Get Paid
    When your item sells, we’ll remit your payout promptly according to our schedule and terms.

 

Commission Structure

At Neon Luxury we keep our fees straightforward and competitive:

  • 25% total commission
  • 10% professional services (listing, photography, preparation)
  • 15% platform & fulfillment fee (marketing, operations, shipping, customer service)
  • You receive 75% of the final sale price.

 

Payout Process

Once your item sells, your payout is calculated and disbursed according to our standard terms. You will receive detailed reporting in your seller portal. Payouts are typically processed within 14-19 business days after sale confirmation.

 

Items We Accept

  • We welcome consignments of authentic, desirable luxury goods from recognized designers (handbags, watches, fine jewelry, ready-to-wear, accessories) that meet the following criteria:
  • Excellent or very good condition with minimal visible wear
  • Fully functional hardware, straps, clasps etc.
  • Complete with original packaging or accessories when available (dust bag, box, cards)
  • Within our approved brand list (please enquire if uncertain)
  • Note: We reserve the right to decline items that do not meet our standards, or those we deem unlikely to sell within our marketplace.

 

Items We No Longer Accept

To maintain the integrity of our curated marketplace, Neon Luxury no longer accepts the following:

  • Items valued under $50 (unless you agree to a 50% commission rate)
  • Gift With Purchase (GWP) items
  • VIP or promotional merchandise
  • Beauty or cosmetic products

 

Items Accepted Direct to Auction

We continue to welcome a select range of high-quality pieces that perform well in our auction platform, including:

  • Designer clothing and footwear
  • Mid-luxury brands
  • Vintage items in good or excellent condition

 

Returns (If Requested)

If you choose to have an unsold item returned, a $100 return fee per item will apply.
This fee covers the comprehensive services provided throughout the consignment process, including photography, authentication, listing, marketing, and handling.

Disclaimer

Once you submit your items to Neon Luxury, you agree to temporarily forfeit the right to sell those items independently while they are under our review, authentication, or active consignment process. If an item is determined to be inauthentic upon arrival, we reserve the right to charge a $100 service fee to cover handling, authentication, and administrative costs. If you are unsure about the authenticity of an item, please reach out before submitting—our team is happy to assist with preliminary verification free of charge.
